痰湿方对痰湿阻络型颈椎病兔IL-1、IL-6和PGE2的影响

目的:观察内服痰湿方对痰湿阻络型颈椎病兔椎间盘和咽部黏膜白介素1(IL-1)、白介素6(IL-6)和前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平的影响。方法:将造模成功的32只痰湿阻络型颈椎病新西兰大白兔随机分为痰湿方组、空白对照组,每组16只,分别在用药后第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周随机处死,取椎间盘和咽部黏膜,做成匀浆,用ELISA法检测上清液IL-l、IL-6、PGE2的浓度。结果:给药后第2周、第3周、第4周的椎间盘和咽部黏膜IL-l、IL-6、PGE2含量均极显著低于给药后第1周(P0.01),空白对照组第3周、第4周的椎间盘IL-1含量显著低于给药后第1周(P0.05);组间比较,第2周痰湿方组椎间盘IL-1的含量显著低于空白对照组(P0.05),第3周、第4周痰湿方组椎间盘IL-1的含量极显著低于空白对照组(P0.01)。结论:痰湿方可用于慢性咽炎引起的颈椎病的治疗中可起到良好的治疗效果。

The Influence of Decoction for Removing Phlegm and Dampness on IL-1 and IL-6 and PGE2 of Rabbits with Cervical Spondylosis with Syndrome of Phlegm and Dampness Blocking Meridians

Objective:To observe the influence of Decoction for Removing Phlegm and Dampness (DRPD) on IL-1 and IL-6 and PGE2 in the intervertebral disc and pharyngeal mucosa of rabbits with cervical spondylosis with syndrome of phlegm and dampness blocking meridians.Methods:Thirty-two New Zealand white rabbits who have been successfully made into the needed models with cervical spondylosis with syndrome of phlegm and dampness blocking meridians were randomly divided into the DRPD group and the blank control group,with 16 cases in each group.On the 1st week,the 2nd week,the 3rd week and the 4th week after being given medicine,the rabbits were randomly killed in each group to get the intervertebral disc and pharyngeal mucosa which would be made into homogenate.Then the concentrations IL-1,IL-6,and PGE2 of supematant fluid were detected by using ELISA.Results:On the 2nd week,the 3rd week and the 4th week after being given medicine,the contents of IL-1,IL-6,and PGE2 in the intervertebral disc and pharyngeal mucosa were much lower than that of on the 1 st week after being given medicine (P＜0.01).In the blank control group,the contents of IL-1 in the intervertebral disc on the 3rd week and the 4th week after being given medicine were much lower than that of on the 1st week after being given medicine (P＜0.05).On the 2nd week,the contents of IL-1 in the intervertebral disc in the DRPD group was lower than that the blank control group (P＜0.05).On the 3rd week and the 4th week after being given medicine,the contents of IL-1 in the intervertebral disc in the DRPD group was much lower than that the blank control group (P＜0.01).Conclusion:DRPD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cervical spondylosis due to chronic pharyngitis.
