耳尖放血治疗原发性高血压60例

目的:观察耳尖放血治疗原发性高血压(肝阳上亢证)的临床疗效。方法:将120例符合要求的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组采用硝苯地平片治疗,每次10 mg,日1次;必要时加用氢氯噻嗪片,每次25 mg,日2次。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用耳尖放血治疗,隔日1次,共进行15次。两组均连续治疗30 d。观察治疗前后血压情况。结果:耳尖放血治疗后30~60 min,患者SBP和DBP均显著下降(P0.01);治疗后两组SBP和DBP水平均较治疗前显著下降(P0.01),治疗后观察组SBP和DBP水平低于对照组(P0.05);治疗后对照组血压达标率为53.33%,观察组为75.0%,观察组血压达标率高于对照组(χ2=6.125,P0.05)。结论:在西医常规降压治疗的基础上采用耳尖放血治疗原发性高血压(肝阳上亢证)临床疗效显著。

Sixty Cases with Primary Hypertension Treated by Blood-Letting at the Tip of Ear

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of blood-letting at the tip of ear on primary hypertension (liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome).Methods:Totally 120 cases meeting the standards were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Control group were given Nifedipine of 10 mg once every day;if necessary,Hydrochlorothiazide can be added with 25 mg twice every day.Observation group were additionally performed blood-letting,every other day and for totally 15 times.Both groups were continuously treated for 30 days.The blood pressure was observed before and after the treatment.Results:After 30-60 in of the blood-letting at the tip of ear,the levels of SBP and DBP obviously declined (P ＜0.01),and their levels were significantly lower than these before the treatment (P ＜0.01).The levels of SBP and DBP in observation group were lower than these in control group after the treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The rate of reaching the standard was 53.33％ in control group and 75.0％ in observation (x2 =6.125,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of regular western medicine therapy,blood-letting treatment has significant clinical effect on primary hypertension (liver-yang hyperactivity syndrome).
