百合固金汤合生脉散对肺结核患者血清中IFN-γ含量的影响

目的:观察百合固金汤合生脉散对肺结核患者血清中IFN-γ的影响。方法:将临床确诊为肺结核患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组应用西药强化方案,治疗组在西药强化方案的基础上,应用百合固金汤合生脉散加减方治疗,治疗2个月,在治疗前后取外周血,用TB-IGRAF方法检测IFN-γ含量。结果:治疗后两组间血清IFN-γ含量水平比较有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论:百合固金汤合生脉散加减方可以通过降低血清中IFN-γ水平,改善肺结核患者的临床症状。

Influence of Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction Plus Modified Pulse-Engendering Powder on the Content of Specific T Lymphocytes in the Serum of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

Objective:To observe the influence of Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction Plus Modified Pulse-Engendering Powder on the content of specific T lymphocytes in the serum of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods:Totally 60 cases diagnosed with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Control group were given western medicine intensified scheme while treatment group were added with Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction Plus Modified Pulse-Engendering Powder.The peripheral blood before and 2 months after the treatment was taken and the content of IFN-γwas determined by the method of TB-IGRAF.Results:The levels of the contents of IFN-γin the serum between the two groups had statistical significance (P ＜0.05);treatment group were better than control group.Conclusion:Lily Bulb Metal-Securing Decoction Plus Modified Pulse-Engendering Powder can decrease the level of specific T lymphocytes in the serum and improve the clinical symptoms of the pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
