瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合炙甘草汤治疗顽固性频发室性早搏54例

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合炙甘草汤治疗顽固性频发室性早搏的临床疗效。方法:择108例顽固性频治疗后发室性早搏患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各54例。对照组给予盐酸胺碘酮片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合炙甘草汤。观察两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分及左室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)及左室后壁厚度(Left ventricular posterior wall thickness,LVPWT)等。结果:对照组有效率为38.9%,观察组有效率为75.9%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组中医证候评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后观察组LVEF、LVEDD及LVPWT改善情况显著性优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤联合炙甘草汤治疗顽固性频发室性早搏可显著提高疗效,改善患者临床症状。

Fifty-Four Cases of Refractory and Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions Treated with Richosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in Combination with Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of richosanthes and Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in combination with Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction on refractory and frequent premature ventricular contractions.Methods:One hundred and eight patients with refractory and frequent premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given amiodarone hydrochloride tablets,while the ones in the observation group were added Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in combination with Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.Then the two groups' clinical curative effects,TCM syndrome scores,left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT) were observed.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 38.9％,while that of the observation group was 75.9％;And the difference between them had statistical significance (P＜0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the improved degrees of LVEF,LVEDD and LVPWT,NYHA cardiac function classification of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P＜0.05);And the differences between them had statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Chinese Chive and Pinellia Decoction in combination with Honey-Fried Licorice Decoction can greatly increase the clinical curative effect on refractory and frequent premature ventricular contractions,and improve the clinical symptoms.
