中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤65例

目的:观察中西医结合治疗血瘀型子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年8月—2015年10月在本院治疗的血瘀型子宫肌瘤患者130例,随机分为对照和研究组,各65例。对照组给予米非司酮口服治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予桂枝茯苓丸加减治疗。结果:研究组治疗后瘤体、子宫大小、经期、经量均优于对照组(P0.05);研究组治疗后中医症状体征评分优于对照组(P0.05);研究组治疗后性激素E2、FSH、LH水平均优于对照组(P0.05);对照组有效率78.5%,研究组有效率92.3%,研究组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗血瘀型子宫肌瘤疗效确切,能有效调整性激素E2、FSH、LH水平,改善患者临床症状体征。

Sixty-five Cases of Uterine Fibroids Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on uterine fibroids.Methods:One hundred and thirty patients with uterine fibroids with syndrome of blood stasis who were treated in our hospital between August of 2013 and October of 2015 were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the research group,with 65 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were treated with mifepristone,while the ones in the research group were added Modified Cinnamon Twig and Poria Pill based on the treatment of the control group.Results:After the treatment,the tumor volume,uterine size,menstrual period and the amount of the research group were superior to those of the control group(P ＜ 0.05);The TCM symptoms and signs scores of the research group were superior to those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);The sex hormone E2,FSH,LH levels of the research group were superior to those of the control group (P ＜0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 78.5％,while that of the research group was 92.3％;And the research group was better that of control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on uterine fibroids,can effectively regulate sex hormone E2,FSH,LH levels,and improve the patients' clinical symptoms and physical signs.
