| 摘 要： | 目的:测定并比较不同产地滇龙胆地上部分龙胆苦苷的含量,评价其利用价值.方法:建立高效液相色谱方法以测定样品龙胆苦苷含量,并依据其含量来评价开发利用价值.结果:不同产地滇龙胆地上部分龙胆苦苷的含量在0.13%-6.39%之间,平均含量1.95%.结论:滇龙胆地上部分含有约2%的龙胆苦苷,具有综合开发利用价值.
