| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨阴茎癌的手术方式。方法 :通过对 10 2例阴茎癌的手术治疗及 3a～ 15 a的随访。结果 :随访76例 ,3a存活 6 5 .8% (5 0例 ) ,5 a存活 38.2 % (2 9例 ) ,10 a存活 31.6 % (2 4例 ) ,15 a存活 2 3.7% (18例 )。结论 :阴茎癌手术治疗时间与预后有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Aim To study surgical theraphy carcinoma of penis.Methods 102 cases of penis carcinoma surgically treated and followed up for 3 to 15 years.Results 76 cases wer followed up.Survival rate was 92 %.Among them survival rate within 3 years was 65.8 %(50 cases),within 5 years 38.2%(29 cases),within 10 years 31.6 %(24cases),within 15 years 23.7 %(18 cases).Conclusion In treatment of penis carcinoma the time of operation and the level of recovery have close relationahip. |
