奉贤区38户家禽养殖场禽流感综合防治能力现况调查

目的]了解奉贤区家禽养殖场及其从业人员禽流感综合防治能力,为提出禽流感有效防治措施提供依据.方法]采用整群抽样方法在上海市奉贤区随机抽取38户家禽养殖场及其从业人员150名,进行禽流感综合防治能力现况调查. 结果]养殖场软硬件设施的建设不够,防护网、无害化处理设施等的基础建设欠缺.家禽养殖人员禽流感的卫生知识认知合格率低(45.33%).结论]家禽养殖场所和养殖人员的禽流感综合防治能力有限,急需进行有效和必要的禽流感防治措施培训.

Investigation of the Preventive Ability Against Avian Flu in 38 Poultry Breeding Units in Fengxian District

Objective] To study preventive ability against avian flu in 38 poultry breeding units in Fengxian.Methods] By cluster sampling of 150 workers from 38 poultry breeding units in Fengxian,Shanghai,a cross-sectional study on preventive ability against avian flu was performed.Results] These poultry breeding units were short of necessary equipment such as fence and waste treatment.150 poultry breeding workers have less preventive knowledge against avian flu(awareness 45.33%). Conclusion]38 poultry breeding units and their employees were limited in the preventive ability against avian flu,efficient education for prevention knowledge against avian flu should be necessary.
