| 摘 要： | 目的探讨将人文关怀运用到护理操作中，对病人实施人性化护理服务的效果。方法将94例外科住院病人随机分为观察组和对照组，每组47例，分别给予人文关怀护理操作和传统的护理操作，采用自行设计问卷调查操作后2组病人满意度和护士操作成功率。结果在护理操作中实施护理人文关怀后，观察组病人满意度和护士一次操作成功率均高于传统护理操作组，2组比较差别有统计学意义（p〈0．05）。结论在各项护理操作中应该实施护理人文关怀，让病人得到实惠的同时提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effect of applying Humane care into nursing operations.Methods：94 surgieal patients were divided into two groups,normal nursing operations were done in the control group, and nursing operations with Humane care were done in the intervention group,compare the two groups＇ patient satisfaction and success of nursing operations. Results：The rate of patient satisfaction and success in the intervention group was higher than control group（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humane care can improve the quality of nursing,it should be used wildly in clinical nursing operations. |
