| 摘 要： | 目的:观察菖芩Ⅰ号对重型颅脑外伤昏迷患者的促醒效果。方法:将格拉斯评分(GCS)≤8分的重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者47例随机分成治疗组(24例)和对照组(23例),两组均予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用菖芩Ⅰ号治疗。结果:治疗组患者治疗1个月的苏醒时间、苏醒率及3个月的苏醒时间和预后与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:菖芩Ⅰ号治疗对重型颅脑损伤昏迷患者的神智恢复有较好疗效。
