对大鼠幼鼠背部膀胱经上缝隙连接分布状况的初步研究

摘    要:目的:从微观上检测大鼠幼鼠背部膀胱经表皮细胞层的缝隙连接在经脉线上与线外差别,为阐明作用机理和物质基础提供依据。方法:采用硝酸镧示踪法,在超微结构水平,对10只大鼠幼鼠背部膀胱经上和经外对照区表皮细胞层缝隙连接做了比较性研究,并用生物体视学中的方网格和平行线两种测试系统对其进行了体视学测量。结果:发现经脉线上和经脉线外对照区表皮细胞层缝隙连接的二维、三维8个参数均差异明显(P<0.001,F检验)。结论:大鼠幼鼠背部膀胱经上表皮细胞层缝隙连接相对集中是新发现的又一项经脉线下的形态学特征。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the distribution of gap junction in the epidermal cell layer along and outside(control) the dorsal Urinary Bladder meridian in young rats.Methods:Using the Lanthanum-nitrate labeled on the ultrastructural level,a comparative study of gap junctions in the epidermal cell layer along and outside(control) the dorsal Urinary Bladder Meridian has been investigated in 10 young rats.In addition,a stereometry was carried out by means of the two Bio-stereological assessment systems:the square-net-check and the parallel-line methods.Results:There were significant differences in the 8 parameters(two dimensions and three dimensions)in the epidermal cell layer on the gap junctions between the meridian and the control.Site( P<0 001,F test).Conclusion:The more concentrated gap junctions of the epidermal cells along the Urinary Bladder Meridian in young rats was another morphological characteristic which was first discovered in this study.
