亚砷酸注射液治疗难治性B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤

目的：观察亚砷酸注射液（三氧化二砷，As2O3）治疗难治性B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）的有效性和安全性。方法：11例B细胞NHL患者，男性9例，女性3例，中位年龄48岁，均为复治病例。给予As2O3注射液10mg／d静脉滴注，d1～d15或d1～d21，休息2周后重复。按WHO标准评价近期疗效，观察毒副反应。结果：11例患者中，获CR2例，PR3例，有效率（CR＋PR）为45．45％。主要毒副反应有骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损害和腹胀。结论：As2O3注射液可用于治疗难治性B细胞性NHL，初步观察疗效较好，值得进一步应用和观察。

Arsenious oxide in the treatment of patients with recurrent and refractory B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Objective:To observe the effects and safety of arsenious oxide administration in refractory B cell NHL.Methods:11 patients of 8 males and 3 females with refractory B cell NHL are observed in this research (median age was 48),all of them are retreated cases. Arsenious oxide 10mg/d infusion, from the first to 15th or the first to 21th day, repeated every 3 week. Short-term therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were evaluated according to the standard of WHO.Results:The total response rate was 45.45% with 2 cases of CR and 3 cases of PR. Leukocytopenia, hepatorenal dysfunction, and abdominal distention were major side reactions.Conclusion:Arsenious oxide is effective in the treatment of refractory B cell NHL according to our preliminary observation.
