肝硬化并胆道结石腹腔镜手术的围手术期护理

目的：提高肝硬化并胆道结石手术患者的围手术期护理质量，减少手术并发症；方法：回顾性分析35例肝硬化并胆道结石患者围手术期护理过程（child—Pugh：A级23例，B级12例）。结果：35例患者恢复良好，无腹腔感染、切口感染及肝性脑病发生。1例患者术后出现腹水、1便患者术后腹腔少量渗血。两例患者经及时治疗均治愈。结论：术前细致评估、成功的护患沟通与健康教育．良好的营养支持与密切观察病情变化足肝硬化并胆道结石腹腔镜手术围手术期护理的关键。有效的围手术期护理对降低手术后并发症、促进康复具有积极作用，是取得满意治疗效果的有效保证。

The perioperative nursing of cholangiolithcasis in patients with liver cirrhosis

Objective:To study the perioperative nursing of cholangiolithcasis in patients with liver cirrhosis in order to decrease the complicatiom.Methods:The perioperative nursing datas of cholangiolithcasis in patients with liver cirrhosis in our hospital were ret- rospectively analysized.Amoung all the thirty-five cases,Child-Pugh class A was of twenty-three cases,Class B was of tweleve cases respectively.Results:Thirty-five cases recovered well whitout abdominal infection,wound infection or hepatic encephalopathy.One case appeared ascites,one case appeared less abdominal bleeding,and the both cases were healed at the last,the effieative rates were 100%.Conclusions:Carefully perioperative evaluation,good coordination of nursers and patients early health education,effi- cacy nutritive therapy and careful observation were the key to perioperative nursing of cholngiolithcasis patients with liver cirrhosis.If the optimizing perioperative nursing was given,the favorable effects might be obtained.
