无菌手术中环境微生物污染调查

自1990年3月至5月对我院70例外科无菌手术切口感染和手术室空气含菌状况进行调查。对术前手术区消毒前、后;器械术前后;术后缝合口;主刀医生戴手套前及脱手套前后;手术室空气含菌量术前后各采集70份标本,其阳性率分别为:95.7％、54.3％、12.8％、52.8％、60.0％、37.1％、54.2％、34.2％、按部颁标准合格率分别为11.4％、7.1％;不合格率分别为88.6％、92.9％。各项检测指标超标的关键与手术室空气的污染有关,已引起我院的重视,并采取相应的措施。

Investigation of Environmental Microbiology Contamination in Asepsis

70 cases of infection of incisional wound and bac- teria in air were investigated from March to May, 1990, including (I) before and after sterilizing in the operating area, mechanical sterilization and postoperative suture; (2) before and after surgeon put- ting on and putting off gloves; (3) the amount of bac- teria in air both preoperation and postoperation in the operating room. The results showed that positive rate was (1) 95.7%, 54.3%, 12.8%, 52.8%, 60.0%; (2) 37.1%, 54.2%, 34.2%,; (3) 11.4%, 7.1%, up to the standard and 88.6%, 92.9% not up to the standard respectively. The key to the requirement of the index lies in whether the air in operating room is contaminated, which has aroused the hospital's attention and corre- sponding measures have been taken.
