摘    要:当前我国医院营养科存在着体制问题仍未解决、营养专业队伍整体素质不高且人员不稳定、科室业务开展范围少且不规范等问题。因此,有必要加强营养科建设:①明确“以病人为中心,以质量为核心”的宗旨是做好营养科建设的前提;②科室的正确定位是做好营养科建设的基础;③加强专业人员培养是做好营养科建设的关键;④加强合作是做好营养科建设的保证。

Abstract:At present there exist a number of problems in the nutritional departments of Chinese hospitals, such as the unresolved issue of setup, low level of the overall quality and instability of the contingent of nutritional personnel, and delivery of only limited and nonstandard services. It is thus necessary to enhance the development of the nutritional department. In doing so, clarifying the aim of giving priority to the needs of patients and putting quality at the core of medical work is a prerequisite, proper orientation is the basis, strengthening the cultivation of professional personnel in the field is the key, and bettering cooperation is a guarantee.
