丁地去炎松雾化吸人治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作疗效观察

摘    要:目的 :评价糖皮质激素丁地去炎松雾化吸入治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作临床疗效。方法 :将 1 76例婴幼儿哮喘急性发作患儿随机分为治疗组 (96例 ) ,对照组 (80例 )。治疗组 :应用丁地去炎松雾化液 1 ml加注射用水 5 ml,氧驱动雾化吸入 ,1次 / 8h,2次 / d,连用 1周。对照组 :静脉应用地塞米松 0 . 2 mg· kg- 1 · d- 1 ,氨茶碱 4 mg· kg- 1 · d- 1 ,连用 1周。观察疗效。结果 :治疗组与对照组临床控制率分别为 4 8. 9%和 2 6 . 3% ,总有效率分别为 96 . 9%和 6 2 . 5 %。组间具有显著差异性 (P<0 . 0 5 )。结论 :应用糖皮质激素丁地去炎松雾化液氧驱动雾化吸入 ,治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作 ,较静脉用药具有明显优越性 ,且简便易行 ,基层医院容易操作 ,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of triamicineoloe aerosol inhalation on child asthma with acute attack.Methods:176 cases were divided into two groups.The treatment group,consisted of 96 cases was given triamicineolone solution 1ml plus injection liquid 5ml by inhalation with a oxygen driver device four times a day.The control group,consisted of 80 cases,was given intravenous dexamethasone 0.2mg/kg/d plus aminophylline 4mg/kg/day.The treatment course was one week.The curative effect was recorded and analyed.Results:The control rate of clinical symptoms in treatment group and control group were 48.9% and 26.3%,respectively.The total efficacy rates were 96.9% and 62.5% in the two groups and the significant difference between them was found (P<0.05).Conclusion:For child asthma with acute attack,triamicineolone aerosol inhalation is superior to venous injection.This method is simple,effective and easily performed in small hospital.
