L—梯形钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的应用体会

目的：观察应用L－梯形钢板（L－TCP）治疗股骨转子间骨折中的疗效。方法：我院1997年1月－2000年1月用L－TCP治疗48例股骨转子间骨折，对骨折类型，手术方法，疗效进行总结和随访。结果：48例均获得随访。骨折均愈合，其中钢板螺丝钉断裂2例，刃板穿出股骨头2例，髋内翻4例，术后4－6w起床活动，按黄公怡关节功能评定标准，患髋优良率93．75％，结论：L－TCP在治疗股骨转子间骨折具有固定牢固，并发症，术后能早期活动等优点，是首选的内固定材料之一。

Clinical Experiences In Curing Intertrochanteric Fractures With L-trapezoid Compression Plate

Objectives:To observe the curative effects of the application of the L-trapezoid compression plate in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:Summarized the fracture types,operation methods,treatments after operation and curative effects of 48 cases of intertrochanteric fractures treated by the L-trapezoid compression plates from Jan,1997 to Jan,2000 in our hospital.Results:All cases got followed up.All fractures healed.But screw or plate broke in 2 cases,Plate penetrated the femoral head in 1.Hip varus appeared in 4.Partially bearing weight 4-6 weeks after operation.The excellence rate of joint function reached to 93.75% according to the evaluation criteria initiated by Dr Huang Gongyi.Conclusion:The L-trapezoid compression plate is one of the best internal fixation materials for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures due to its advantages of strong fixation,few complications as well as the obtainable early exercises.
