手术治疗70岁以上高龄食管癌、贲门癌15例分析

目的:探讨70岁以上高龄食管癌、贲门癌手术治疗的可行性、围手术期的处理和手术方式的选择。方法:回顾性分析我院胸外科1998年11月～2008年11月手术治疗的15例70岁以上食管癌、贲门癌患者的临床资料。结果:本组肿瘤切除率93.33%,术后并发症发生率为40%,无手术死亡。结论:手术治疗70岁以上高龄食管癌、贲门癌是安全、可行的,加强围手术期管理,积极处理并发症,选择恰当的手术方式是减少并发症,降低死亡率,提高生存质量的关键。

Surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma in 15 cases of over 70 years old

Objective To discuss the feasibility,perioperative treatment and surgical options of surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma of over 70 years old.Method The clinical data of 15 cases of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma of over 70 years old by surgical treatment were retrospective analyzed.Results The tumor resection rate was 93.33%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 40%,no-operative death.Conclusion Surgical treatment of esophageal and cardiac carcinoma of over 70 years old is safe and feasible,the key is to strengthen the perioperative management,actively deal with complications,and select the appropriate surgical approach to reduce complications,lower mortality and improve the quality of life.
