腹腔镜与开放手术治疗精索静脉曲张的对比研究

目的:观察腹腔镜与开放手术治疗精索静脉曲张的疗效。方法:采用腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎术20例,经腹股沟内环精索静脉高位结扎22例,术后随访3个月～2年。结果:所有患者术后精子计数、活动率、活动力较术前比较均有明显改善(P<0.05),与常规手术组相比,腹腔镜组的精子计数、活动率、活动力改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜精索内静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张具有创伤小、疗效好、并发症少等优点,是治疗精索静脉曲张的理想方法。

Curative effects of spermophlebectasia by laparoscope and patent operation

ObjectiveTo investigate the curative effects of laparoscope operation and spermatic veins operation in patients with spermophlebectasia.MethodLaparoscopic ligation of spermatic cord veins was conducted for 20 cases,and inguenligation of spermatic cord veins was performed on 22 patients,followed up for 3～24 months.ResultsAfter operation,the count,vigour and activity of sperm of all patients were significantly improved （P〈0.05）.As compared with routine operation,the count,vigour,and activity of sperm were obviously improved in the laparoscope group after operation （P〈0.05）.ConclusionAt high locational laparoscope ligation of spermatic cord veins has the advantages of minimal trauma,good curative effect,less complication.It is an optimal method to cure spermophlebectasia.
