经鼻内窥镜手术治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎36例临床观察

目的:评价经鼻内窥镜手术治疗真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:对36例非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎患者的治疗进行回顾性分析。所有患者采用以鼻内窥镜手术为主的治疗,辅以术后常规鼻窦镜随访换药,随访时间6～12个月。结果:36例均Ⅰ期获得治愈。结论:鼻内窥镜手术是治疗非侵袭性霉菌性鼻窦炎的有效手段,术后随访换药是保证手术成功的重要环节。

Nasal endoscopil surgery treatment of 36 cases with noninvasive fungal sinusitis

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of nasal endoscopic surgery for noninvasive fungal sinusitis.Method The study was performed retrospectively and includes 36 noninvasive fungal sinusitis patients who underwent nasal endoscopic surgery between 2003 and 2008 followed by regular management under nasal endoscope for 6～12 months post surgery.Results All patients recovered in 6～12 months＇s follow up with primary cure.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery is available technique for treating noninvasive fungal sinusitis and post surgery follow up is important for preventing relapse of fungal sinusitis.
