| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨瑞士EMS第三代碎石清石系统治疗肾结石的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析采用EMS第三代碎石清石系统治疗30例肾结石患者的临床资料。结果:总清石率70%,碎石率100%,平均手术时间120min,并发症少。结论:EMS第三代碎石清石系统治疗肾结石具有效率高、手术时间较短、恢复快、相对安全等优点,临床运用效果较好。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter （EMSⅢ） for the renal calculi.MethodThe clinical data of 30 patients with renal calculi received percutaneous nephrolithotomy preformed by EMSⅢ were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsThe total stone clearance rate was 70% and all the stones were fragmented.The average time for whole surgery was 120 min.No serious complications were noted in the patients.ConclusionPercutaneous nephrolithotomy with ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter （EMSⅢ） for renal calculi has the advantages of less operative duration,rapid recovery,safety and effectiveness. |
