HSP-27在冠心病中表达的临床研究

目的:探讨热休克蛋白-27(HSP-27)在冠心病患者中的临床应用价值及指导意义。方法:将63例冠状动脉造影患者分为三组:急性心肌梗死(AMI)组,不稳定心绞痛(UAP)组,胸痛综合征组。上述患者均经冠脉造影、临床表现、心电图、心肌酶学检查诊断明确。采用Elisa分析方法测定上述3组患者血浆HSP-27的浓度,比较分析患者血浆HSP-27水平。结果:HSP-27血浆水平在AMI组>UA组>胸痛综合征,且具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:HSP-27血浆浓度在不同类型动脉粥样硬化性心脏病中有差异性,且随着冠心病程度加重血浆浓度增加,HSP-27可作为心肌缺血诊断指标。

Clinical research of HSP-27 in coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the value and significance of heat shock protein-27 in patients with coronary heart disease.Method The patients were divided into three groups：Acute myocardial infarction group （AMI） of 26 patients [male：female=16：10,age （60.4±11.5） years];unstable angina pectoris group （UAP） of 17 patients [male：female=10：7,age （62.7±13.2） years];chest pain syndrome group of 20 patients [male：female=12：8,age（ 58±14.4） years].The three groups were characterized by clinical manifestations,electrocardiogram,myocardial enzymes and coronary angiography.Elisa analysis was used to detect the plasma concentrations of heat shock protein-27 in the above-mentioned three groups.Results Plasma levels of heat shock protein-27 in the AMI group UAP group chest pain syndrome group,and had statistical significance （P0.05）.Conclusion Plasma level of heat shock protein-27 （HSP-27） in detecting myocardial ischemia has clinical significance and in the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia has certain value,HSP-27 can be used as a good biochemical indicator about myocardial ischemia.
