急性心肌梗死患者血浆B型钠尿肽、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶及肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平变化的临床分析

目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)与其他心梗生化指标,包括磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),肌钙蛋白I(TnI)等指标之间有无相关性。方法:采用免疫荧光法定量检测66例健康体检者,86例AMI患者的BNP,并同时检测其他几项心梗生化指标,并进行比较分析及相关分析。结果:①AMI组血浆BNP,TnI及CK-MB的结果与健康对照组相比较,均有显著性升高(P<0.05)。②AMI患者的血浆BNP与其他心梗指标进行相关性分析,结果表明血浆BNP与CK-MB及TnI之间具有良好的正相关。结论:血浆BNP可作为临床预测冠心病患者发生AMI危险性的指标,并可与CK-MB及TnI一起作为AMI的监测及疗效观察的指标。

Clinical analysis of changes of BNP,CK-MB and TnI levels in AMI patients

Objective To analyze the correlation between plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） and acute myocardial infarction （AMI） indexes including CK-MB,troponin I （TnI） in patients with AMI.Method Serum BNP was measured by immunofluorescence assay in 66 healthy persons,86 AMI patients,and the AMI indexes were also tested at the same time.Results ①Compared with the healthy persons,the levels of plasma BNP,TnI and serum CK-MB were significantly higher than AMI patients（P0.05）;②In patients with AMI,significant positive correlation was found between plasma BNP and TnI,CK-MB（P0.05）.Conclusion Plasma BNP can serve as a predictor of AMI,it is also a valuable index along with TnI and CK-MB for prognosis monitoring and curative effect.
