| 摘 要： | 目的:总结125例食管癌患者围术期的护理体会。方法:食管癌手术患者125例,术前给予心理及营养支持,术后认真观察病情及精心护理,并进行出院健康教育。结果:125例患者均临床治愈出院,3例患者在术后出现吻合口瘘。结论:做好食管癌围术期患者的护理,可减少术后并发症的发生,对促进患者顺利康复起着重要作用。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo summarize the experiences of perioperative nursing in 125 cases of esophageal cancer.MethodTotal 125 cases of esophageal cancer hospitalized from April 2008 to December 2009,received preoperative psychological and nutritional support given,serious illness after careful observation and discharged from hospital care and the implementation of health education.ResultsFor 125 patients were cured and 3 patients had postoperative anastomotic fistula.ConclusionGood perioperative care of esophageal cancer patients can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and plays an important role in promoting the successful rehabilitation of patients. |
