术后早期炎性肠梗阻16例诊治体会

目的:对术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床诊断、治疗及其临床表现进行讨论。方法:回顾分析16例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料,采用非手术疗法治疗。结果:本组术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者均采用非手术疗法,效果满意,无1例行二次手术治疗。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻是表现为机械性与动力性同时存在的一种特殊类型的肠梗阻,治疗上首先行非手术治疗,该方法安全、有效,避免了手术的创伤及并发症的出现。

Diagnosis and treatment experiences of early post-operative inflammatory ileus in 16 cases

ObjectiveTo discuss the diagnosis,treatment and the clinical characteristics of early post-operative inflammatory ileus.MethodThe clinical data of 16 cases with early post-operative inflammatory ileus were analyzed retrospectively,with non-operative treatment.ResultsEarly post-operative inflammatory ileus usually occurred between 3~14 days post-operation,the mean duration of stay was 21 days （16~40 days）.All the patients cured with non-operative method,and the result was satisfactory.No one was cured with second operation.ConclusionEarly post-operative inflammatory ileus has typical signs and symptoms of bowel obstruction,and conservative treatment should be taken.Non-operative treatment is an effective and safe method for early post-operative inflammatory ileus,should be regarded as the first choice in clinical practice.The surgical intervention should be avoided.
