脑室-腹腔分流腹腔段旷置术的护理

目的:总结减少脑室腹腔分流术后出现感染等症状及脑积水再手术率的经验。方法:将原脑室腹腔分流管腹腔端外壁连特置脑室外引流管,使脑脊液流至引流袋内来改善脑积水20例。结果:19例均无感染,1例分流管梗阻后重新更换引流脑室外引流管,梗阻率为5%。通过对患者术前术后的护理来更好的防止并发症的产生。结论:脑室-腹腔分流腹腔端旷置术是脑室-腹腔分流术后最有效,简单而经济的方法,采取一定的治疗及护理措施可减少分流管的并发症及再手术率。

ObjectiveTo sum up how to reduce the infection symptoms after ventriculoperitoneal shunt and the experience of the hydrocephalus reoperation rate.MethodThe former exosporium of ventriculoperitoneal petritoneal shunt paragraph was linked with the tailor-make external ventricular drainagetube,the cerebrospinal fluid was emptied into the drainage bag to improve hydrocephalus in 20 patients.ResultsThe number of non-infection was 19,only one had infection after renewaling drainage-tube,with the obstructin rate of 5%.ConclusionVentricular peritoneal shunt surgery exclusion in paragraph is the most effective,simple and economic method,definite treatment and nursing intervention can reduce the complications and the re-operation rate.
