桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤对实验性偏头痛动物模型NO、CGRP含量的影响

摘    要:目的:研究桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤对实验性偏头痛大鼠NO、CGRP含量的影响。方法:采用硝酸甘油法复制大鼠实验性偏头痛模型,观察桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤对实验性偏头痛大鼠NO、CGRP含量的影响。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组动物血浆NO、CGRP含量明显升高(P<0.001),各给药组动物血浆NO、CGRP也有所升高。桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤高、中剂量组与空白对照组比较,NO、CGRP含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与模型组比较,各给药组动物NO、CGRP含量显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论:桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤能降低血浆NO、CGRP含量,提示桂枝去桂加茯苓白术汤治疗偏头痛的作用可能与抑制NO、CGRP的大量产生有关。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of cassia twig to guangxi with tuckahoe large-headed atractylodes soup on NO and CGRP levels in experimental rats with migraine.Method Using nitroglycerin method replicating experimental rat model with migraine,and observed the effect of cassia twig to guangxi with tuchahoe large-headed atractylodes soup on NO and CGRP levels in experimental rats with migraine.Results Compared with the control group,plasma NO and CGRP levels in the model group increased significantly (P0.001),the plasma NO and CGRP levels in the treatment group also increased.Compared with the control group,the plasma NO and CGRP levels in cassia twig to guangxi with tuckahoe large-headed atractylodes soup of high dose and mid dose groups,showed no significant difference (P0.05).Compared with the model group,the plasma NO and CGRP levels in the treatment group also decrease markedly (P0.05,P0.01,P0.001).Conclusion Cassia twig to guangxi with tuckahoe large-headed atractylodes soup can reduce plasma CGRP and NO levels.It is indicates that the mechanism of cassia twig to guangxi with tuckahoe large-headed atractylodes soup treating migraine is relevant to inhibiting NO and CGRP large releasing.
