老年高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸与尿微量白蛋白/肌酐的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨老年高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸与尿微量白蛋白/肌酐(UAlb/cr)的关系。方法:将2007年01月~2010年01月期间在南京医科大学第一附属医院老年科住院治疗的104例老年原发性高血压病患者,按照血同型半胱氨酸水平的不同,分为两组:A组48例(血Hcy(11.0μmol/L,男36例,女12例),B组56例(血Hcy≥11.0μmol/L,男48例,女8例),分别测定并比较两组患者的UAlb/cr。结果:A、B两组比较,随着血Hcy水平增高,即由A组的(7.76±2.12)μmol/L升高到B组的(14.74±3.66)μmol/L,患者的UAlb/cr逐渐升高,由A组的(9.14±3.84)mg/g升高到B组的(35.79±77.98)mg/g,A组(B组两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸水平的增高与UAlb/cr升高关系密切。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine (Hcy) and urinary albumin-creatinin ration (UAlb/cr) in elderly people with essential hypertension.MethodThe 104 old elderly essential hypertensive patients (84 males and 20 females) recruited were treated during the period from January 2007 to January 2010,aged varied from 61 to 92 years,at the average of (78.95±6.36) years.They were divided into 2 groups according to serum homocysteine,group A(n=48,Hcy﹤11.0 μmol/L,36 males and 12 females),group B(n=56,Hcy≥11.0 μmol/L,48 males and 8 females).The UAlb/cr were examined and compared at the same time.ResultsThe difference of UAlb/cr was significant,group A﹤group B (P〈0.05).The higher the homocysteine level,the higher the UAlb/cr.The UAlb/cr of group A was (9.14±3.84) mg/g,the UAlb/cr of group B was (35.79±77.98) mg/g.ConclusionIn elderly essential hypertensive patients,UAlb/cr is positively correlated with Hcy.
