外固定架结合有限内固定负压引流封闭治疗开放性Pilon骨折

目的:应用外固定架结合有限内固定,负压引流封闭(VSD)治疗开放性Pilon骨折,并评估其疗效。方法:采用外固定架结合有限内固定,负压引流封闭治疗开放性Pilon骨折16例。结果:随访12～36个月,平均18个月。术后按照Mazur等制定的踝关节症状与功能评价标准进行评估,创面愈合良好,优9例,良4例,可2例,差1例,优良率81.25%。结论:应用外固定架结合有限内固定,负压引流封闭治疗开放性Pilon骨折疗效满意,可作为治疗Pilon骨折的首选方法之一。

Treatment of severe open Pilon fracture with external fixator combined with limited internal fixation and VSD

Objective To explore the effects of severe Pilon fracture treated with the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation and VSD.Method Sixteen patients with severe Pilon fracture were treated by external fixator combined with limited internal fixation and VSD.Results All the cases were followed up for 12~36 months,the average of 18 months.After operation,according to the function and signs of ankle management by Mazur,9 cases were excellent,4 good,2 fair and 1 poor.The total percentage of good clinical results was 81.25%.Conclusion Treating severe Pilon fracture with the external fixator combined with limited internal fixation and VSD is an effective method and the method can be the first choice of treating severe Pilon fracture.
