穴位按摩对阴式子宫切除及阴道前后壁修补术后尿潴留的干预作用

目的]降低阴道子宫全切除及阴道前、后壁修补术后尿潴留的发生率.方法]将112例阴道子宫全切除及阴道前、后壁修补术病人分为实验组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理;实验组在手术后拔管前3d夹闭导尿管开始常规进行穴位按摩.运用B超测定残余尿量对疗效进行评定,观察两组拔除尿管排尿后的残余尿量.结果]穴位按摩预防术后尿潴留有效率达93.3%优于对照组61.5%(P＜0.005).结论]穴位按摩对预防阴道子宫全切除及阴道前、后壁修补术后病人尿潴留是一种安全有效的方法.
