机械通气呼出潮气量测量方法的比较对照研究

摘    要:目的对机械通气过程中呼出潮气量的不同测量方法的测量精确度进行比较。方法使用呼吸机测试仪与流量测定仪对不同测量方法的几种呼吸机进行测试。结果不同测量方法测得的结果偏差较大,机械通气呼出潮气量近端测量精准度优于远端测量。结论对于呼出潮气量的测量精度,流量传感器置于病人气道是最有效的手段,越靠近病人测量得的精度越高。
