| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺结节的超声声像图特点,以提高对甲状腺结节的超声诊断水平和诊断符合率。方法 对49例甲状腺结节患者行超声检查,对超声图像特征进行分析,并在手术后与其病理结果相对照。结果 49例患者中,诊断为甲状腺癌10例,诊断符合率66.7%;结节性甲状腺肿22例,诊断符合率78.6%;甲状腺腺瘤4例,诊断符合率66.7%。结论利用高频彩色超声能够很好的观察甲状腺结节,可以为临床手术、治疗及预后观察提供很好的平台。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate the features of thyroid nodule’s ultrasound imaging in order to improve the diagnosis rate of thyroid nodule.Methods Use high frequency ultrasonoscope to analyze the imaging features of 49 cases of thyroid nodules and contrast with pathologic diagnosis after surgical operation.Results Preoperative diagnosis of 10 cases of carcinoma of thyroid（66.7%）,22 cases of nodular goiter（78.6%）,4 cases of thyroid adenoma（66.7%）.Conclusion Using high frequency ultrasonoscope can observe thyroid nodules well,meanwhile install a great platform for clinical operation,treatment and prognostic observation well. |
