摘    要:目的研制基于Web的动脉血气酸碱失衡计算机辅助分析软件。方法全部程序使用动态服务器页面(ASP)语言编写,与Windows操作系统紧密结合。软件知识库使用SQL Server数据库结合HTML格式文件建立;根据中华医学会相关诊治指南等资料库建立软件动脉血气分析知识库。结果该动脉血气酸碱失衡计算机辅助分析软件无需安装,操作简便、判断迅速。软件的分析参数中包含了临床信息,并结合运用了潜在碳酸氢根(?HCO3-)浓度、氧解离曲线和动脉血气图等,使显示结果更加客观全面。结论该软件可供临床医师和医学生教学培训之用;也可作为临床诊断和治疗的参考,有较大的实用价值。
