| 摘 要： | 目的:观察乙酰左旋肉碱(ALCAR)对奥沙利铂引起的外周神经病变性疼痛的防治效果.方法:选取SD雄性大鼠20只(150～200 g),随机分为两组,ALCAR组与安慰剂组,每组各10只；用5％葡萄糖将奥沙利铂溶液稀释到2 mg/mL,连续5d(d0～d4)腹腔注射2mg/kg.ALCAR(100 mg/kg,p.o.)或对照液从0天开始注射(第1天注射奥沙利铂开始),并继续21 d(即最后一次奥沙利铂注射后再持续15 d).并于d0、d8、d 15、d 22、d 29、d35及d 41测定机械异常痛敏4 g von Frey hairs(VFH)]和机械痛敏(15 g VFH).结果:与对照组比较,ALCAR组大鼠在d8、d15、d 22、d29、d 35及d41机械异常痛敏(4 g VFH)和机械痛敏明显改善(P＜0.01).结论:ALCAR可防治奥沙利铂引起的大鼠外周神经病变性疼痛.
