171家不同地区卫生监督机构食品与职业卫生职能项目落实情况研究

目的在前期食品与职业卫生职能项目开展比例和落实程度系列文章的基础上,从不同地区的角度来进一步了解我国卫生监督机构食品与职业卫生职能项目的落实程度情况。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,抽取不同地区样本171家。结果(1)东部卫生监督机构食品卫生职能项目落实程度最高,为51.19%;西部卫生监督机构职业卫生职能项目落实程度最低,为13.27%;(2)食品与职业卫生职能具体项目落实程度分析发现,东部食品卫生监督检查落实程度最高,为60.40%,西部卫生监督机构职业卫生职能许可落实程度最低,仅为4.14%。结论不同地区卫生监督机构食品与职业卫生职能项目落实程度存在着差异。

Study on the implementation of food and occupational hygiene inspection function by 171 health inspection agencies in various areas

Objective: On the basis of previous study on the implementation and operation analysis on food and occupational health inspection function,to understand the degree of implementation of food and occupational health inspection function in our country in different areas.Methods: 171 agencies in three different areas were investigated through stratified cluster sampling.Results: 1)The implementation ratio of food inspection in eastern health inspection agencies ranks first with the ratio of 51.19%,the implementation ratio of occupational health function in western health inspection agencies ranks lowest with the ratio of 13.27%.2) The implementation ratio of occupational health permit is lowest in western health inspection agencies with the ratio of 4.14% and the highest ratio of food health inspection is in eastern area with the ratio of 60.40%.Conclusion: The implementation ratios of the health inspection function on food and occupation are different among eastern,middle and western areas.
