| 摘 要： | 润滑粉是目前国内医用手套最常用的润滑剂 ,国外则主要使用医用淀粉。近年来 ,有关使用滑石粉与医用淀粉的弊端的报道日趋增多。本课题通过两种润滑粉与大鼠肌肉组织反应的实验研究 ,发现二者对肌组织均有不同程度的损害 ,滑石粉的致损作用大于医用淀粉

Experionental Study on Reaction of Rat Muscle between Two Kinds of Medical Glove Lubricant Application |

| Abstract: | Lubricant played very important role in medical glove.Talc powder was principally applied in China and medical starch was principally applied oversea.Two kinds of lubricant were implanted in rat muscle.Light and electronic microscopy was used to observe these samples.The result suggested that both talc powder and medical starch were harmful to rat muscle.The former was harmer than the later.
