| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨IL 1 5在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法 收集 2 0例哮喘急性发作患者、2 0例缓解期患者、2 0例健康人的血清 ,采用ELISA测定IL 1 5和IgE的含量 ;采外周血按常规做嗜酸性粒细胞 (EOS)计数。结果 急性发作期患者血清IL 1 5水平明显高于缓解期及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,发作期IL 1 5水平与EOS计数呈正相关(r=0 .6 96 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,与IgE水平呈正相关 (r=0 .5 93,P <0 .0 1 )。结论 IL 1 5参与了哮喘的发病过程 ,其机制可能是通过抑制EOS凋亡、提高IgE水平参与哮喘的变应性炎症

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of IL 15 in pathogenesis of bronchial asthma.Methods Blood serum was collected from 20 asthmatics when they were in acute onset stage,20 asthmatics when they were in stable stage and 20 normal controls.IL 15 and IgE level were measured by ELISA in serum.In the meantime,the number of eosinophils (EOS) in peripheral blood was counted.Results IL 15 levels were increased in serum from acute asthma compared with stable and control.IgE levels and the number of EOS were significantly increased in patients with acute asthma.Moreover,the level of IgE and the number of EOS in acute asthma were positively correlated to IL 15 level.Conclusion IL 15 is involved in the asthmatic process by inhibiting eosinophil apoptosis and increasing the level of IgE and plays an important role in allergic inflammation of asthma. |
