Fas系统介导的细胞凋亡与大鼠自体免疫性甲状腺炎的研究

摘    要:目的研究自体免疫甲状腺炎大鼠动物模型Fas、FasL表达情况。方法用碘和甲状腺球蛋白诱导SD大鼠建立甲状腺炎模型,模型建立成功后,采用免疫组织化学方法对所建动物模型各组行Fas、FasL表达测定。结果大鼠自体免疫甲状腺炎三组模型中甲状腺滤泡细胞均有Fas和FasL的高表达,明显高于正常对照组(NC组),高表达以大量碘组(HI组)、甲状腺球蛋白+大量碘组(TG+HI组)诱导的甲状腺炎模型明显。与NC组比较(P〈0.05),TG组与NC组比较有增高趋势,无统计学意义。结论SD大鼠自体免疫甲状腺炎几组模型中甲状腺滤泡细胞有Fas和FasL的高表达,甲状腺细胞凋亡程度与病理分级比较呈正相关。

Abstract:Objective To study the Fas and ligand gene expression in SD rat thyroiditis model Methods The animal model of autoimmure thyroiditis was established with high dose iodine and rat thyroglobulin. Expressions of Fas and FasL proteins in SD rat thyroiditis model were detected by immunohistochemieal method. Results Fas and FasL gene expressions in rat of 3 experiened groups were significantly higher than those of the normal control group; the high expressions in thyroiditis model mainly ocurred in high dose iodine group (HI) and thyroglobulin + HI group.The results of the TG group were higher compared with those of NC group, but there were no significant differences between them (P〉0.05).Conelusions High expression of Fas and FasL could be found on follicular cells from SD rat several groups of thyroiditis model. The degree of aptosis of follicular cells of.thyroid gland is positively correlated with the pathological grade.
