髂部肿瘤切除重建钢板重建骨盆环

目的：探讨髂部肿瘤切除自体髂骨翻转植骨重建钢板重建骨盆环的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析12例髂骨肿瘤应用此法治疗效果，其中男8例，女4例，骨盆肿瘤Enneking分区全部为1区肿瘤，骨巨细胞瘤5例，动脉瘤样骨囊肿2例，软骨肉瘤2例，骨转移瘤2例，骨肉瘤1例。肿瘤全部行瘤段切除。结果：本组12例病人全部进行随访，随访时间6月－3,平均12个月。植骨全部愈合，平均骨愈合时间3月。1例骨肉瘤患者术后8月局部复发，术后1年死于肺转移。全部病例均可负重行走，髋关节功能正常。结论：肿瘤切除自体髂骨翻转植骨＋重建钢板重建骨盆环是一种较好的治疗髂骨肿瘤的保肢方法，但对于2B期髂骨肿瘤应慎用。

Techniques of Iliac Tumor Resection and Pelvic Reconstruction with Reconstructive Plate

To report the results of iliac tumor resection and pelvic reconstruction with reconstructive plate.Method:A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of iliac tumor resection and pelvic reconstruction with reconstructive plate was conducted.8 of 12 cases were male,others were female.All of 12 cases were iliac tumor(Enneking 1).5 of 12 cases were GCT,2 ABC,2 chondrosarcoma,2 metastastic tumor,1 osteosarcoma.Result:Following-up period ranged from 6～36 months(average 12),12 cases had radical segmental bone resection and a bone union after pelvic reconstruction.1 local relapsed,and died in 1 year.Survival cases had a significant function of pelvis and hip joint. Conclusion:Iliac tumor resection and pelvic reconstruction with reconstructive plate was a good treatment in pelvic tumor except 2B malignent tumor.
