| 摘 要： | 目的 观察电针治疗急性期周同性面瘫的临床疗效.方法 将65例急件期周围性而瘫患者(男性29例,女性24例,脱落12例),随机分为两组.电针组27例,在针刺治疗基础上加用电针;对照组26例,予单纯针刺治疗.两组取穴一致,治疗周期为28 d.治疗前后分别进行瞬日反射测定;House-Braekmann面神经功能评价分级系统测定以及疗效评估.结果 两组均能加快促进而神经功能和面神经传导恢复,电针组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).电针组总有效率(92.6%)优于对照组(80.8%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).电针组痊愈所需天数为(22.9±4.3)d,明显少于对照组(29.1±5.4)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 周围性面瘫急性期可以运用电针,疗效优于单纯针刺治疗,能明显加速面神经传导和面神经功能恢复,缩短痊愈所需天数.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating acute-stage peripheral facial paralysis.
