| 摘 要： | 准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（laser in stiu keratomileusis，LASIK）现已在世界范围内广泛开展，应用于治疗中、高度屈光不正。近年来诸多有关LASIK术后患者玻璃体视网膜病变的报道，使人们开始关注LASIK手术对玻璃体视网膜的影响。本研究对LASIK术后玻璃体视网膜病变的发病情况、影响机制以及相应的预防和处理对策进行综述，以期为临床屈光手术医生提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) has been the preferred option for the correction of moderate to high myopia. There have been reports of an association between LASIK and posterior segment pathology. This review summarizes the current understanding of the etiology, mechanisms, and management of posterior segment pathology in eyes that have undergone refractive surgery. |
