| 摘 要： | 目的:了解冠心病患者血尿酸(UA)的变化及其相互关系。方法:对276例冠心病患者和170例健康者采血测定血UA、血脂,并分析血UA及冠心病的相关性。结果:冠心病组与对照组UA比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而冠心病组组间UA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),血脂、血UA两者间无相关性。结论:血UA可能是心血管疾病独立的危险因子及预测因素。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the level of Blood Uric Acid and the relationship between Blood Uric Acid(UA)and Coronary Heart Disease(CHD).Methods:The level of Blood Uric Acid and Serum Lipids were measured in 276 patients with various CHD and 170 healthy peoples,and study the relationship between them.Results:The level of UA in CHD group was different with that in healthy group(P<0.05);there were no difference of UA levels among various CHD patients(P>0.05).There was no correlationship between Serum Lipids and Blood Uric Acid.Conclusion:Blood Uric Acid may be the independent risk factors in CHD. |
