安度更年丸对围绝经期SD大鼠性激素及血脂代谢影响的实验研究

目的：观察安度更年丸对围绝经期SD大鼠E2、TC、TG、HDL-c、LDL-c水平的影响,探讨其机制,从而为临床防治围绝经期综合症及血脂异常提供理论和实验依据。方法：40只12月龄体重（400±50）g自然围绝经期SD大鼠为研究对象,将其随机分为模型组,安高组,安低组,乙烯雌酚组,每组10只,10只3月龄体重（200±50）g青年雌性大鼠作为对照组。灌胃4周后检测血清雌激素（E2）水平和血脂四项（TC、TG、HDL-c、LDL-c）。结果：安度更年丸能够提高围绝经期E2、HDL-c水平,降低TC、TG、LDL-c水平。结论：安度更年丸能够改善围绝经期性激素及血脂代谢,降低围绝经期的远期并发症。

Experimental study of the Andu Gengnian pill for perimenopausal of SD rats sex hormones and lipid metabolism

Objective:To observe the Andu Gengnian pill for the perimenopausal of SD rats were E2,the TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-c level impact study its mechanism for the prevention and treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and lipid exception provided the theoretical and experimental basis.Methods:40 cases of 12 months of age weight(400±50)g natural perimenopausal SD rats for the study,were randomly divided into model group,security group,security,low group,diethylstilbestrol group,n=10,103-month weight(200±50)g young female rats served as controls.Serum estradiol(E2)level and lipid four(TC,TG and HDL-c,LDL-c)The detected after 4 weeks of gavage.Results:The Andu Gengnian pill can improve the perimenopausal period E2,HDL-c levels,lower TC,TG,LDL-c level.Conclusion:The Andu Gengnian pill to improve the perimenopausal of sex hormones and lipid metabolism,reduce long-term complications of perimenopausal.
