中药药材真伪鉴定中半显微性状鉴定临床应用分析

目的：探讨和研究在中药药材真伪鉴定中半显微性状鉴定的作用。方法：在半显微性状鉴定法的仪器下观察中药药材,对药材的分辨率、观察的清晰度进行统计,以不同仪器、不同底色、不同的光线强度等差别作为主要参考因素,进行半显微性状鉴别的筛选和分析。结果：放大镜法方便、广泛但是存在观察效果不清晰等缺点,并且存在难记录的弊端;体视显微镜法观察最为清晰;扫描仪介于两者之间。结论：半显微性状鉴定法作为简单、易行的中药材真伪鉴定方法,是对传统鉴定方法的一个很好补充。

An analysis of clinical application of semi-microscopic character identification in the identification of medicinal authenticity

Objective: To study and research the function of semi-microscopic character identification in the identification of medicinal authenticity.Methods: The instrument to observe the TCM herbs,resolution of the herbs and clarity of observation were counted,differences of different instruments,different background and different light intensity as a primary reference factors,screening and analysis of the semi-microscopic character.Results: Magnifying glass method is convenient,widely but there are observed effects are not clear,and there is a hard record of the drawbacks;Stereo microscope to observe the most clear;scanner in between.Conclusion: The semi-microscopic character identification method as a simple,easy authenticity of the identification of Chinese herbal medicines is a good supplement to traditional methods of identification.
