某木制品厂职业病危害因素现状评价

目的识别、评价、控制某木制品厂产生的职业病危害因素,保护劳动者的身体健康。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检测、职业健康检查、实验室检测等方法收集数据和资料,结合职业病防护设施、个人职业防护水平对用人单位职业病危害现状进行定性与定量评价。结果该用人单位在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、苯乙烯、木粉尘和噪声。结论该用人单位在防噪、职业危害告知、作业场所监测、检测评价等方面存在不足,需要整改。

Present situation evaluation of occupational hazards in a wood products factory

[Objective]To identify,evaluate and control the occupational hazards in a wood products factory,and protect the health of workers. [Methods]Occupational health field investigation,testing,occupational health examination,laboratory testing and other methods were adopted to collect data and information,combined with occupational protective equipment,personal and professional protection level for qualitative and quantitative evaluation of present situation of occupational hazards in this factory. [Results]The main occupational hazards that might arisen in the production process of the factory were benzene,toluene,xylene,ethyl acetate,styrene,wood dust and noise. [Conclusion]The factory has deficiencies in noise canceling,occupational hazards informing,workplace monitoring,testing and evaluation,etc which need rectification.
