| 摘 要： | 目的:观察加味龙胆泻肝汤联合泛昔洛韦治疗肝胆湿热型带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法:将178例带状疱疹患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用加味龙胆泻肝汤联合泛昔洛韦治疗,对照组仅采用泛昔洛韦治疗,观察两组临床疗效、止泡时间、结痂时间、止痛时间、病程。结果:观察组的临床疗效、止痛时间、病程均明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论:加味龙胆泻肝汤联合泛昔洛韦对肝胆湿热型带状疱疹具有显著疗效,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。

Clinical observation on treating liver and gallbladder damp heat of zoster by the Jiawei Longdan Xiegan decoction plus famciclovir |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effects of the Jiawei Longdan Xiegan decoction plus famciclovir in treating liver and gallbladder damp heat of zoster.Methods:178 cases were randomly divided into two groups:observation group and control group.The observation group was given the Jiawei Longdan Xiegan decoction plus famciclovir treatment,the control group was given famciclovir treatment.The clinical efficacy,ended soak time,scab time,stop the pain time and disease duration of the two groups were observed.Results:At the end of the treatment,the complete rehabilitation rate in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The Jiawei Longdan Xiegan decoction plus famciclovir was an effective and safe treatment for treating liver and gallbladder damp heat of zoster. |
