醒脑开窍针刺法治疗中风后假性延髓麻痹34例疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察醒脑开窍针法治疗中风后假性延髓麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将68例患者随机分为2组。治疗组34例,施以醒脑开窍针剌法(取穴:人中及双侧内关、三阴交、风池、完骨;金津、玉液点刺放血,咽后壁点刺)治疗;对照组34例,以常规针刺法(取穴:哑门、廉泉、通里、合谷)治疗。结果:治疗组治愈18例,显效9例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率为97.06%;对照组治愈5例,显效10例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为79.41%,2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P〈0.05)。结论:醒脑开窍针法能有效地改善假性延髓麻痹患者的吞咽、语言功能,临床疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the curative effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture (XKA) for pseudobulbar paralysis (PP) after apoplexy. Methods: 68 cases were allocated to 2 groups randomly. The treatment group (34 cases) was treated by XKA (acupoints: Renzhong (ST 17), bilateral Neiguan (PC 6), Sanyinjiao (SP 6), Fengchi (GB 20), Wangu (GB 12), Jinjin (Ex), Yuye (Ex) for prick to bleed, and prick the postpharyngeal); the control group (34 cases) by routine acupuncture (acupoints: Yamen (DU 15) Liangquan (RN 23), Tongli (HT 5) and Hegu (LI 4) . Results: In treatment group, 18 cases were cured, 9 cases markedly effective, 6 cases effective and 1 case ineffective, the total effective rate was 97. 06% ; and 5, 10, 12, 7 and 79.41% in control group respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion: XKA possesses marked effect and improves the ability of swallowing and language for PP after apoplexy.
