| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT检查在眼外伤眼眶骨折法医学鉴定中的重要意义。方法选取我鉴定中心1999~2003年法医学鉴定中眼外伤60例,对其中眼眶骨折CT检查56例进行统计分析。结果眼眶骨折的CT检查中直接征象52例,间接征象50例,经手术证实4例。结论CT检查是眼外伤法医鉴定中显示眼眶骨折细微改变的理想检查方法,在眼眶骨折法医学鉴定中具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate significance of application of CT examination in the medicolegal expertise of eye injury and orbital fracture.Methods Fifty-six patients with eye injury were performed with CT examination and the data were analyzed statistically.Results In 56 patients with orbital fracture CT direct sign in 52 patients and indirect sign in 50 patients were obserued respectively,and 4 patients were confirmed with surgery.Conclusion CT-examination is an ideal method to manifest orbit minute changes,and it plays an important role in medicolegal expertise. |
