| 摘 要： | 通过５７５种中草药体外抗栓和溶栓作用实验，结果表明：抗栓率非常明显高于阿斯匹林（ＡＳＡ）抗栓率（６１．５３％）的中草药有１２种（Ｐ＜０．０１），类似于ＡＳＡ的１９７种（Ｐ＞０．０５）；溶栓率非常明显高于尿激酶１（ＵＫ１）溶栓率（９１．２８％）的中草药有５种（Ｐ＜０．０１），类似于ＵＫ１的１１９种（Ｐ＞０．０５），类似ＵＫ２溶栓率（９９．８３％）的１０４种，提示从中草药中发掘有抗栓、溶栓作用，而副作用小的天然药物大有可为。本研究提示，选用有一定标本的Ａ型人血作为血源，对体外血液学实验研究有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | The experiment of 575 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines for extracorporeal antithrom- bosis and thrombolysis indicates: The effectiveness of Chinese herbal medicines is higher than aspirin. 12 kinds(P<0. 01 ) for antithrombosis rated 61. 53%; 197 kinds achieved the same effect as aspirin; the rate of thrombolysis significantly higher than urokinase I is found in 5 kind ,rated 91. 28%; 104 kinds have the same effect as urokinase II, rated 99. 83%. The experiment suggests that it is worth developing Chinese herbal medicines for antithrombosis and thrombolysis. The study found that selec- tion of human blood Type A is of great significance in extracorporeal hemorheological experiment. |
