螺旋藻对小鼠抗疲劳、抗缺氧及镇痛作用的实验研究

摘    要:笔者采用低压缺氧、游泳、热板、光热测痛法,研究了小鼠灌服不同剂量螺旋藻后的抗疲劳、抗缺氧及镇痛作用.结果表明螺旋藻具有明显的抗疲劳、抗缺氧及镇痛作用,且随螺旋藻灌服用量增加其作用越明显.

Abstract:By means of hypobaric hypoxia, swimming,hot board and light-heat survey of pain, the anti-fatigue, anti-hypoxia and analgesic effects of Spirulina in mice were studied after they were irrigated by different doses. The results showed: Spirulina has obvious effects of anti-fatigue, anti-hypoxia and analgesia, and the effects developed along with increased doses.
